Eat


I love food. I love to eat. I love to cook.

I also have a lot of issues with food, which contributes to my anxiety. I am allergic to eggs and raw bananas. I also have an issue with dairy, either severe lactose intolerance or a milk-protein allergy. These issues make eating out very challenging and sometimes anxiety-inducing. I am scared of feeling sick because I accidentally ate something I shouldn’t.

I’ve learned to adapt many of my favorite recipes to accommodate my allergies and intolerances, sometimes with incredibly delicious results. I look forward to sharing recipes, kitchen gadgets, and local restaurant favorites.
